Partnerships with pharmaceutical industries

Patients, health professionals and public or private institutions can import a medicine or health product not licensed in Brazil. We take care of all legal procedures, from the preparation of documentation to import and distribution logistics, supplying the product at home, in any region of the country.

1- Get the recipe

Receive from your doctor the prescription (recipe) of the drug, with guidelines on how to apply it. The prescription must contain the physician's CRM number, ICD, dosage and duration of treatment*.

* It is possible to import a quantity of medicine for up to 6 months of treatment, as shown in the medical prescription.

2 – Request the drug

With the prescription in hand, the patient's ID and CPF and a proof of address, contact Masters to request the import* of the drug.

* In some cases, a statement from the physician is also required (standard document contained in legislation RDC 81 of 11/05/2008).

3 – Secure Import

With all the documentation in hand, Masters will contact authorized distributors and laboratories in the country of origin of the drug, to start legal importation on behalf of the patient.

4 – Proper transport

The drug will be transported in the established manner and under the temperature conditions specified in the package insert, so that its application is effective and the patient obtains the best treatment result.

5 – ANVISA Analysis

According to the legislation, when the medication arrives in Brazil it will be analyzed by ANVISA (National Health Surveillance Agency) and released for delivery to the patient.

6 – Delivery to the patient

The medication will travel to its final destination (address informed when ordering the medication), safely and at no additional cost to the patient.
